    • Consumer Agreement
    • By accepting the terms and agreement of NewWaveAquaria.com you agree to pay the total invoiced amount of your order.  Credit card transactions will be processed with payment in full before any merchandise is shipped.  If purchasing with a credit card you may be contacted for the CCV security code, or credit card number to verify the payment.  We are never provided your full credit card number for your order through our payment gateway.

      You also agree to shipping and delivery terms by placing and purchasing product from our website(s).  We reserve the right to ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS for any orders placed.  Generally all shipments will be shipped via FedEx, however some orders may be shipped different methods based on cost.  If you need a shipment sent by a certain carrier please contact us first before placing an order.

      Confirmed Billing and Shipping:  For shipping of merchandise your billing address must match with the information provided by your credit card.  Zip code and address must match and be verified by the Credit Card service in order to complete payment and verify payments.  You may be contacted by us to confirm payment if using a credit card to authenticate the transaction.  If shipping to a unconfirmed address you will be required to have that address added or verified with your credit card company.  This will not only protect us but yourself from credit card fraud.  Thank you and please contact us if you have any questions.

      For orders over $500 we may require a photo ID be emailed to us for verification of your order.  This is to protect you and an added safety to prevent fraud.


    • Shipping & Delivery
    • At this time, New Wave Aquaria™ Inc. ships merchandise to the contiguous US.  Most dry good orders will ship with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery which generally take 1-4 days depending on your location.  We occasionally will ship orders USPS and FedEx Smart Post if they are lighter weight items.

      Live Fish and Coral must be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight!  Not selecting the FedEx Priority Overnight option at checkout for live goods may delay your order.  You must accept and sign delivery on first attempt, to qualify for Arrive Alive Guarantee.  We pack every shipment in high quality packing material.


      Domestic Shipping:

      Dry goods, Equipment, and Aquarium Supplies:  In the case of damaged items in shipping please contact us ASAP. We reserve the right to ship another method if needed.  To make sure your product will arrive on time and in good order.  If there is a problem with the item after you have received it please let us know.  In case of malfunction or warranty issue please contact us for manufacture information.  You will then be responsible for warranty issues directly with the Manufacture.  Most issues can be resolved between us and the manufacture.

      Free Shipping/Flat Rate Rules:  Free Shipping does not qualify for orders being shipped outside the 48 US states.  Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping.  If you are located in these areas please contact us for a shipping quote.  These locations do not qualify for Flat Rate shipping that we currently offer.

      Livestock Shipping:  (Everything that is Alive)

      Shipping of livestock takes much more time and care for packaging, heat and cold packs, and insulated shipping boxes.  We take pride in our livestock and our packaging will also reflect that.  We do not charge extra fees or “box charges” for any livestock orders.  Minimum order for livestock order is $50.00  See below for shipping prices:

      Livestock Order Total = Shipping Cost

      $50-$174.99 = $55.00

      $175-249.99 = $39.99

      $250 or more = $19.99

      Arrive Alive Guarantee for Livestock:  We offer livestock we ship Priority Overnight to arrive alive to you.  In the case of livestock DOA please DO NOT throw it away.  You must contact us within 2 hours of accepting package.  Item must be sealed in the bag it arrived in.  Pictures must be taken of the loss within 2 hours, and emailed to: New Wave Sales  All DOA and refunds will be a credit towards your next purchase.  Please call if you have any questions.



    • Return Policy

      Returns must be processed and requested within 14 days after confirmation of receiving the item.

      Items purchased and that are to be returned must meet all these requirements;

      Factory sealed in original packaging,

      not used or damaged in anyway,

      and all parts/pieces/manuals included.

      Opened, used, or factory seal broken on the product will be refused for a refund.  Shipping charges are charged to the customer, if the purchase qualified for free shipping actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.  It is also the customers responsibility for shipping charges back to New Wave Aquaria™ Inc when returning the product.

      With FedEx Flat Rate Shipping $9.99 – Returns will be processed same as above.  If order qualified for free shipping we will take the exact shipping cost paid by us and subtract that from the refund total.  Refund on returns will also be fully refunded minus $9.99 or the actual shipping cost whichever is greater.

      It will take 2-3 business days for the return to be processed once New Wave Aquaria™ Inc receives the product.  If paying with a credit card or Paypal it may take up to 3 business days after the return period for your refund to appear on your account.

      Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, so please ensure your order is correct before finishing.  Make sure that you are ordering the correct items and please contact us with any questions before ordering.

      Return options:  Store credit, Refund, or Exchange of product.

      Refunds of your purchase must be refunded to the original way of your purchase.  (Ex: Payment with Credit Card is refunded to same Credit Card when order was purchased)

      Livestock Returns:

      There are no returns allowed on fish, corals, invertebrates, or any livestock.  Be sure to pick out your livestock on our website carefully.
